It was so wonderful even with no sunset! I'd definitely repeat a trip like that again!

My wife and I had a great experience and it was definitely worth it. The trip on the Clipper was quick and painless, the hotel Grand Pacific was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time in Victoria. Plus, they booked everything for us in advance so it was easy to just focus on what we wanted to see and do for the weekend and not how we would get there or being able to get tickets for things. Plus, since this was surprise for my wife, it went over very well having it all planned out for her. We both agree to come back, probably again before the end of the year.

Very smooth ride, overall. I didnt like having to stand in "Group 3" for an hour, while waiting for the boat to leave Seattle. Coming back was better because we could sit down and wait. I had foot surgery last year and it was hard to stand that long.

We have done this trip before & always enjoy it however this time the weather was too cold
for us to sit outside but we always meet nice people from different countries & exchange
our travels with them. While there we recommended this to friends from Scotland & they took a package deal to Seattle & really enjoyed the cruise.

Very good experience

HOWEVER - on our return ferry trip on 6/22/10, the delay in leaving Victoria as well as having to go thru customs 2 times cost us our flight out of Seattle, by 15 minutes! We had to spend 2 days in Seattle just to get a flight out (to Des Moines IA) on 6/24/10. We were
not happy campers, to say the least, let alone the very x-tra expenses! !

The crew was more than helpful in planning our day trip to Victoria.

On time. Good seating. Clean restrooms. All this was good. We enjoyed our trip very much. The commentary from the captain was good when we came upon 3 orca whales. He also slowed down. I liked that.

Great crossing with fairly calm seas. Workers seemed attentive and helpful. Would have appreciated more updates on the sites we passed. We were in Group 1 on return but didn't get that call to board or disembark in that order.
