A very good service and a very enjoyable ride! The boat was in very good condition. The more efficient diesel engines did an excellent job!

This is a great boat. Very fast, stable and well equipped for the passenger. If there is one area that needs to be looked at it is the food. I think the breakfast offerings can be improved. We brought our own sandwiches for the return trip and did not sample the P.M. offerings, but using the breakfast baskets as an example, I'm confident that my wife and I did better with our to-go deli sandwiches. The crew members were very friendly and cooperative. Overall, we enjoyed our trip.

You need to notify travelers on your website to report to departure gates at least 1 hour before departure time. We didn't know this and although I had a pre-boarding ticket, we ended up scattered around the boat. I was kind of worried about my wife since she can get seasick just looking at the ocean. May I suggest preferred assigned seating for those booking via online in advance? It would be more convenient and an incentive to book in advance and online. Your onboard tour packages should be offered on your website too. I had a problem with one of them resulting in a last minute cancellation and although I had my transaction refunded it still left us disappointed. We really wanted to see the country side and avoid the tourist stuff in Victoria. Still, all in all, we had a very good time walking and touring around Victoria since it was our first time there. The cruise was smooth and the service was good as well as the staff being friendly and accomodating. Time was near perfect. The departures were exactly on time both ways. I hope to do this again soon but this time take the vineyard tour that we couldn't do because of time and scheduling restraints. Aloha!

We enjoyed the trip even though the weather was rough. The only negative thing was that when we wanted to go outside to enjoy the fresh air and the scenery, there were lots of people smoking. Surely, they could have gone without cigarettes for that short time. We were also concerned about the issue of fire. In Australia, smoking is forbidden on boats and other transport.
