I went on vacation with my 2 grown sons and we had a great time riding the Ducks. I also purchased the picture taken of us and love it despite being a bit pricey.

I ended up cancelling our tour because the public transport to get there took longer than expected. What I wanted to do was to compliment your staff for being so helpful and flexible. Id already cancelled once due to the weather and rebooked but missed the tour by minutes. Staff were so understanding and patient with me as I was a first-time visitor to Seattle and wasnt sure how to get there. On my next visit I will definitely take the tour. Thanks again.

It allowed me to be a kid again. Had opportunities to get pictures of Seattle from a different view. All in all I highly recommend it.

We waited in line for over 1 and 1/2 hours and no one told us what the delay was, while the rows that came after us got to leave before us. We inquired 3 times as to how much longer our wait would be and were told that there had to be a rescue. Communication was all that was needed and I think all of us would have been more understanding. I felt sorry for our driver as our bus was not a happy one!
