An amazing trip, well worth doing. The on board naturalist makes a huge difference, and adds to the experience. Her knowledge of the local wildlife was invaluable. It was a pity that the weather was foggy on the outbound trip, but nevertheless the trip was very pleasant. We went for the whale watching, and the ship's crew did a grand job in tracking the whales down, and then staying a safe distance while everybody could watch them. Well recommended.

We were very impressed with the number of pods/sea life we saw. The knowledge of the speaker was impressive. It would have been a bit more helpful if the microphone system had been a bit clearer. It was at time, difficult to make out what the lady was saying. Thank you. It turned out to be a most wonderful day.

The boat ride was nice (very cold on top, where you could see the best). I didn't realize just how big the ship would be. I think it would have been much better on a much smaller vessel. We did see Orca, but couldn't get very close. They were like seeing small black spots on the water. You knew they were Orca, but could not truly appreciate their beauty because they were so far away. I think in a smaller boat you'd be able to get closer. We did see some seals on the way back which was fun.
